1. What is your returns policy?
Items that are unworn, unwashed and undamaged are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. Please login to your customer account and follow the instructions to receive your returns label.
Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns to products shipped outside of the European Union.

2. I need to cancel/amend my order?
Customers have 15 minutes from the time of ordering for orders to be cancelled, or for the address to be amended. This can be done through the order confirmation page, your order confirmation email or through your account.
Please note, we cannot amend items or delivery methods. You can however cancel and place a new order if within the 15 minute time frame.For anything after the 15 minutes we cannot guarantee the change can be made, however, please still reach out to us on the form below and we will do our best to help!

3. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry to hear you’ve received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us via the form below or on our 'Contact Us' page and we will be happy to look into this for you.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, please report any faults as soon as they are noticed and include clear images.
For all queries, please include your order number.
Please note, faulty/damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Can I track my order?
As we are a small business, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch of standard orders before reaching out to us. You will be updated by email when your order is with the delivery provider, and delivery times are detailed on our shipping page.
If you have not received your dispatch email with the tracking information for your order within 3 working days, please contact our Customer Care team via our 'Contact Us' page and a member of our Customer Care team will happily look into this for you. -
2.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment gateways available at checkout.

4. Will I be charged customs fees?
International orders may be subject to import fees upon upon receipt as all orders are currently shipped from the UK.
The 27 member countries of the EU and the US are Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) and should not incur any additional fees upon delivery.
